The Finger Lakes Visitors Connection can provide our travel guide to be sent along with your pre-conference mailings.

Media Liaison Services
We will be happy to distribute local news releases regarding your meeting, conference or event in our area.

Welcome Exhibit
A hospitality booth highlighting our area is available to be displayed in your host hotel. There will be maps, events calendars, and restaurant and attraction information for your delegates and their guests.

Registration Table Information
A colorful welcome bag, a Lake Country Visitors Guide, an easy to read map, and other useful information can be provided for your delegates.

Guest Programs
We can provide ideas for spouses, families and other guests of your meeting attendees to plan activities while they are here and the meeting attendees are busy. We can also connect them with local transportation services.
